What happened with Domain World?

Due to very sad personal circumstances Sharyn could no longer offer the support to her clients that she wanted. Given her circumstances she felt that it was necessary for the benefit of all parties to enter into an agreement with Synchromedia Group to acquire her website hosting and domain name clients.

What will happen to my hosting services?

Your hosting services will continue with no changes. All payments that you have made to Domain World will be honoured by SMG so your hosting expiry date will remain the same. At the end of your hosting agreement we would be happy to have you stay on as a client with SMG but if you decide to leave then please let us know prior to the end of your agreement.

In 2017 we will work with you to move your service to an upgraded website hosting platform that will mean that it is easier for us to deliver great uptime and quality support for you.

What will happen to my domain names?

Your current domain name registration expiry will remain the same. The only change will be that your domain name renewals will come from SMG instead of Domain World.
