The first stage of this project took place on December 22nd. This involved Synchromedia Group Pty Ltd (SMG) taking over the management, maintenance and ownership of all the servers. We have been ensuring your hosting service runs reliably ever since.

What does this mean to you?

This means the team at SMG will now look after all your website hosting, design and business development needs. We are available 24/7 and offer a very personalised service. SMG has been in business for almost 10 years and we have a wealth of knowledge to offer you.

This also means:

  • Seamless transition - no changes to your website hosting or email setup.
  • Web design or website changes will be completed by the SMG team (We have a copy of all your site files to complete any changes)
  • All previous hosting agreements honoured
  • All previous payment arrangements will remain in place
  • Rebranding of invoices with SMG logo and some administrative changes

Our managing director Paul Egan, is very familiar with the local area and is available to answer any queries you may have. He is also very happy to meet with you to make sure he understands the needs of your business and your future requirements. Paul is backed by a very experienced team who will also be able to assist you at any time.

The second stage was to notify you of the changeover. We decided to wait until after the Christmas break to inform clients as many of you were closed.

We understand that you may be a little surprised by the move as in the end it all happened quite quickly. Peter and Ben have decided to head in a new direction and focus on software development. We were thrilled when they approached us to take over this component of their business.

The final stage is purely an administrative one.

This stage will involve getting to know each other. Hopefully we will be able to speak to you about your current plan and make sure that it is meeting your requirements.
